YOUR LASER PROBABLY ISN'T THE PROBLEM

Better Technique | Better Experiences | Better Utilization

You invested in the technology.

Your team was trained.

Your protocols were established.

Staff changed. Technique became inconsistent. Confidence faded. Photography became an afterthought. Providers became less comfortable.

And sometimes, a six-figure device slowly becomes one of the most underutilized assets in the practice.

TOUCH was created for what happens after manufacturer training ends.

DEVICE-AGNOSTIC BY DESIGN

THE UNSPOKEN TRUTH ABOUT LASER UTILIZATION

A great device doesn't automatically create great outcomes.

Technology is only one part of the equation. Technique, provider confidence, patient communication, consultation strategy, photography, and consistency all influence the patient experience and the value your practice gets from its technology.

Traditional manufacturer training teaches your team how to operate a device.

TOUCH focuses on how your team uses it.
We don't retrain the manual.

We focus on everything that happens around it.

ONE DAY. INSIDE YOUR PRACTICE. FOCUSED ON YOUR TEAM.

TOUCH is an immersive, device-agnostic clinical education and patient experience program delivered inside your practice.

Our expert works alongside your team during a full business day, focusing on the fundamentals and practical techniques that can improve confidence, consistency, patient engagement, and utilization across your aesthetic technology.

LASER PHYSICS 101
A practical refresher on laser and energy-based fundamentals, including how energy interacts with tissue and why understanding the science matters when making treatment decisions.

TECHNIQUE MATTERS
Hands-on discussion of treatment technique, including observation, positioning, movement, preparation, manipulation, and practical approaches that can influence the treatment experience.

THE CONSULTATION IS PART OF THE TREATMENT
Explore how your team communicates with patients before, during, and after treatment. TOUCH examines consultation strategy, expectation setting, treatment planning, and ways to create a more confident and differentiated patient experience.

BETTER PHOTOGRAPHY. BETTER CONVERSATIONS.
Improve consistency in before-and-after photography through better positioning, lighting, angles, framing, and timing so your team can more effectively document and communicate patient progress.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE
Examine the treatment journey through the patient's eyes, from the first inquiry through consultation, treatment, follow-up, and return.
INQUIRY → CONSULT → TREATMENT → FOLLOW-UP

At every TOUCHpoint, we ask one simple question:
WHAT DOES YOUR PATIENT SEE, HEAR, FEEL AND UNDERSTAND?

IMG_0462.jpeg

THIS ISN'T ABOUT SELLING YOU ANOTHER LASER.

TOUCH is designed around your practice, your team, your patients, and the technology you already own.

The program is device-agnostic, allowing the conversation to focus on the principles behind aesthetic treatments rather than simply repeating a manufacturer's operating instructions.

Whether your equipment came from Eonic or another manufacturer, the objective is the same:
Help your team get more from the technology already inside your practice.

INVEST IN THE TECHNOLOGY YOU ALREADY OWN

Consider a device generating 20 treatments per month at an average of $500 per treatment.

20 Treatments × $500 = $10,000 / Month

Improving confidence, utilization, retention, or referrals by just five additional treatments per month represents another:

5 Treatments × $500 = $2,500 / Month

That's potentially $30,000 in additional annual treatment revenue from technology already sitting inside the practice.
